detale has supposed to be 960000hp(I know you raised) but...since its harder to kill I think you should also change exp a little(more not lower)
because the exp before sucks for the leveling (mvps have 9 digits of exp in our rates,people have 10 digits at level 131 2nd trans)

Mvps should give at LEAST give 1 level at level 240
